Of Malice will get the moshpit going with debut single “Spineless”

For the best experience, stream “Spineless” while reading.

You may not have heard the name Of Malice before, but it won’t be the last time you hear it. Born in 2025, out of ex-members of War of Ages, To The Exiles, and Alove For Enemies, this group released their debut single “Spineless” September 12th, 2025.

Having listened to this song on my playlists for over a week now, it keeps growing on me. From the almost hardcore elements you’d compare to Counterparts to the melodic metalcore of a reincarnated Misery Signals (yes, I know they’re still touring), this song is anything but what the title suggests. It’s got a backbone. And I guarantee it will do some damage to yours if you end up in the pit when it comes on.

I’m stoked to hear more from these guys and can’t wait for a full album.

Of Malice is: Mark Randazzo (Lead Vocals), James Appleton (Bass, Vocals), Vin Chodkowski (Guitar), Corey Clay (Guitar), and Andy Amato (Drums).

You can hear “Spineless” on our Spotify playlist “Before They Blow U,” highlighting up and coming bands under 10K monthly listeners. But honestly, these bands won’t be on this playlist for long at this rate.
