Official Rules – Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to those who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of @falsechordmagazine are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by @falsechordmagazine (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Ticketmaster.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on the date and time announced in the giveaway post and ending on the date and time announced in the giveaway post. All times are Eastern Standard Time (UTC-4).

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all steps as outlined in the giveaway post caption (e.g., follow, like, comment, tag, share). All steps are mandatory unless otherwise stated. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize

Winner(s) will receive the number of tickets as specified in the giveaway post to the concert or event described in the giveaway post. Tickets will be delivered electronically via Ticketmaster. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Approximate retail value (ARV) may vary depending on event.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random under the supervision of the Sponsor and announced on Instagram as specified in the giveaway post. Winner(s) will also be contacted via Instagram direct message. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within [48 hours], an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Instagram, Ticketmaster, and Sponsor from any liability, claim, or damage that may arise directly or indirectly from participation or prize acceptance.

11. Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor.
